Returns/Refunds

We believe you'll love our products, but if you are not 100% happy with your purchase please let us know and we will arrange an exchange or refund. You will be responsible for return postage as well as postage for the new item. 

If you are unsure about committing to a full size candle, we recommend purchasing a sample tealight pack. Our tealights will not have the same scent throw as our larger candles due to their size, but you will be able to determine if the scent is for you. 

Damages

We make every effort to ensure that your order arrives in great condition. It is normal for the shipping box to show wear from its journey to you. However, if damage has occurred to the product/s inside, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will offer you an exchange or refund provided that you send us a photo of the damaged goods and packaging. Please note, in some circumstances you may be required to return the damaged product/s.
